Deidra Gay
Deidra Gay serves as Founder, as well as President & CEO of Ruach Consulting & Advisory, a woman and minority-owned business headquartered in Duluth, Georgia. Deidra’s twenty-year career extends across business strategies, organizational development, operations, corporate sustainability, learning strategy, and information technology. She has an extensive background in planning and managing cross-functional business operations and technology projects.
Deidra is recognized as a visionary and creative thinker who effectively partners with clients to identify high-value opportunities, address critical challenges, and transform business operations. Her sustaining passion is to inspire and empower organizations to discover and create the future today, leading to unlimited possibilities and unprecedented impact. Before establishing Ruach Consulting & Advisory, Deidra operated in her project management expertise for the global consulting giant Korn Ferry International. The Ruach CEO also holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia.
